Policies
1 / BOOKING

I am legally required to collect tax and have included it in the total price listed in my treatment guide. You will see a breakdown on the booking tab when you reserve your treatment time.

Please provide at least 24 hr notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Clients failing to do so will be asked to pay 50% of the next service upfront when booking.

Please note that a late arrival may result in needing to customize your service to fit the remaining time AND the full service price will apply.

In the event of a no-show, the full cost of all upcoming appointments will be due in advance.
2 / PRODUCTS

Due to COVID there are currently No Returns.

Products that have seals may be exchanged if unopened.

Please turn off your phone before your treatment and in the shared spa areas to help create a relaxing experience for all of the spa guests.

This is your time to feel comfortable and relaxed so if you have questions, don’t be afraid to ask.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
